I really think the whole idea of that is really overblown, especially if you throw BCAAs in during the workout. The fact that Vitamin S is involved makes it even more obsolete.

Yeah I kind of think he may have just came in read the very last post and not gotten the whole idea… Plus I have 3 other workout partners… so it can be time consuming.
Well there you have it, hopefully they are not too disappointing, I think I’ve had better, but these are me now so that’s that.
I have dropped a few calories out as work has gotten far busier, but I still manage to scarf down a minimum of 4000 per day. I am also starting to watch carbs a little I didn’t want to go from 800 to 80 in one day, so I am slowly weaning myself off of them. At about 500 per day right now.
I feel thick and have stretched the shit out of all my clothes, but I will be stoked to cut about 5-7lbs of fat off my body when it’s time to cut.
Looks like the verdict is in and I am going the Clen route. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off then re-evaluate and either go ECA stackers or another Clen cycle.
Arms have grown a gnat hair and yes I am counting every damn increment on the tape.
Chest looks pretty tight, lats starting to come out nicely. I will say you look smoother in the midsection but it is most likely water like you said. It does have the watery look if you will. I don’t think you look any fatter, just smoother (water). So yeh, I think your doing good. A nice cut should look good when the time comes.
Also, back thickness looks better I think in the rhomboid/lower trap area.

Oddly enough Swole that’s no accident I actually started trying to do more for the rhomboids over the last few weeks, I felt I was getting a good lat spread but not enough thickness. Thanks for noticing!
