Suggest that you get onto a sane amount if hCG, then start anastrozole a few days later at 0.5mg/week, then test after 3-4 weeks.

While I’m at it, I wanted to ask a little question about SHBG.
Do you know the reasons why SHBG levels can be low?
Mine are always on the bare minimum or under the limits :
SHBG: 9 to 14 nmol/ml (lab range is 15-48)
I heard this can make TRT hard to manage… for both T and E2.
I do not see the problem with low SHBG, you would have more FT and less TT. More FT creates more pressure on T–>E2 aromatization rates, some that has to be managed in any case.
The only concern is that low SHBG is associated with diabetic conditions. So you need to watch fasting serum glucose levels and perhaps have some other related lab work.
