As a female from New Zealand, I often wonder this myself…

Seriously, though. This site is a bodybuilding site. There are a variety of sports… You have made it clear you have an interest in bikini. So… Do you want us to rate your physique with respect to how well we think you would do in a bikini competition? If you do… Then you have come to the right place.

Do you really want us to rate your physique with respect to how well we think you would do in a bikini competition?

Or…

Are you looking for guys to say ‘I’d hit it!!’
If the latter is the case…

Post a pic to SAMA (Sex and the Male Animal forum). Guys don’t mind skinny fat chicks who don’t even lift over there. I’m sorry… But if you are serious about developing a competitive bikini physique you seriously need to rethink your nutrition and your training program.

If you don’t want someone giving you this kind of feedback… Then you really shouldn’t have posted to ‘rate my physique’ on a bodybuilding forum.

Understand?

Alexus, I love you!!!

My friend Syndi won. This is a 40 and older masters figure competition. Geez…I guess some American women do know how to take care of themselves, and have families, and have jobs, and have husbands who don’t need a skinny fat piece of ass serving them hand and foot.

to keep toned I like to do squats, lunges, push ups, situps while using very light weights.

how empowering for you.

Also New Zealand is about as close to being Australian as Brazil is to being Mexican. Get your facts straight to save the embarrassment

Fuck that is funny, have you ever seen Jennifer Hawkins or Mirander Kerr
Dont forget Dame Edna Everage! lol

Could not have said it any better! Wow!

Do you actually think you work hard enough?? You seriously sound like a joke, epecially when you specified “light weights”.

Because heavy weights make you grow a cock and balls. Silly girl…

Do you mean cock and balls like Dame Edna Everage, thanks Rugggby I can’t believe I did not put her on my list.

Dear microbikinigirl,

I am a little kinder than my brethren on this site, so will just assume a language barrier exists and that you had no idea what you were saying was offensive.

assuming english is your second language will also explain how you ended up here in the first place.

While named T-Nation, i agree it sounds like it originates in Brazil but trust me, this site has nothing to do with shemales so please climb back on your float and f**k off. (classless enough for you?)

not a bad ass but youve got a head like a dropped pie!!

LMFAO

Unfortunately I think many of you muscle head woman on hear equate big muscles with working out hard. Marathon runners are skinny and don’t have big muscles yet they could out last any of you when comes to cardio and stamina. I don’t like big muscles so I don’t lift as much as you do. But does it mean you work harder than I do?

Yes and you are Bald and Ugly and you come from that Penile Colony full of jack asses called Australia which makes you even uglier.

You know the computer geek that works for the IT department at your company and always has something condescending to say when you have to ask him for help with a computer related issue.

That is the same type of person who takes the time to be critical and say shit on these boards whether or not they have big muscles or not. So if they talk their shit I am going to talk my shit back.

And that’s very classy. Nice to see you rise above it.

I don’t understand why you are so angry? First you come here, post one lousy picture totally ignoring forums demands for certain pics (see the sticky). Plus, you’ve got way too high rating for that figure IMO. It’s not bad for your age, but it should be lower. And like if that’s not enough, you start giving people shit, because you’ve being corrected about things you got wrong.

Physique rating: 3
Personality: 1 (wasn’t asked, but felt like sharing)
Thank you, just came on here to have a little fun and all the haters have come after me like a pack of rabid animals. But not to worry I can take them all even with my small muscles

Good for you and you friend Sydni.

Now get a life and find something better to do than troll on this board and write nasty critical bull shit about people you don’t know.

Rating(hence the title of the forum) usually entails some type of critique.

haha i thought id get a rise out of that, was like fish in a barrel…

I don’t like big muscles so I don’t lift as much as you do…

Oh. Our mistake. We thought you wanted us to rate your physique with respect to HOW WELL WE THOUGHT YOU WOULD DO IN A BIKINI COMPETITION FOR OVER 40 YEAR OLD FEMALES. All those women maym posted have more muscle mass than you, tis true. You did tell us that you were interested in having a bikini physique, though, and that is why people have held you accountable to that standard (the one you set for yourself).

How would you rate yourself compared to the bikini competitors that maym posted?

The way I see it you have 2 options:

 1. You don’t want to look like a bikini competitor at all. You want to look like some skinny-fat hollywood model or movie star or like some marathon runner. If that is your goal then you might well be doing better towards that goal. I don’t think people on this site are interested in that goal, though.

 2. You do want to be taken seriously as a bikini competitor. In which case you need to face up to your obvious shortcomings and get serious about learning what it is that you would need to do and then going on to do what it is that you need to do to make progress on your goals.

You really have come to a good place if you want to learn how to develop a competitive bikini physique. The first step in that process is probably looking at your pic again… Hard… Then looking at the physique competitors again… And facing up to the fact that you would be laughed off stage at this point. Get angry about that. Use that anger and determination to turn your training and nutrition around. Go on to kick some serious ass.

Or…

Congratulate yourself on your accomplishments thus far and continue to look like yet another over 40 female who managed not to become obese. Up to you.

LULZ! This thread delivers!

Brazuca, in the least you can lift a little bit heavier weights just to maintain bone density. If you want to keep your figure as you age, you’ll want to be sure you can stay active and not end up looking like a hunch-back.

ahhh yes this thread will work wonders tonight at work! keep it coming!

I am 46 and think your body if just fine the way it is. I like two types of body structures. The fitness physique and the totally natural shapely look that you have. My wife has the same body structure at 6’ tall. I find it to be very attractive.
