Me? I was under 300 before I started TRT. Now I drift between 600 - 1200 and feel great in that range.
Why did you get off of your T injections? You may want to consider an hpta reboot based on your age. If that fails, youre going to need hrt to lead a satisfied life. Youre still likely shut down from aas. Did you use a pct after last cycle? Your rt3 is high but your range is different than mine. Im on my phone and while yours is high, mine was a few points high but high and out of range. Have you ever in your life suffered any concussions, been knocked out or received any hard hits to your head?
I’ve been off testosterone for about 4 months now. My signaling is there but my balls don’t produce hardly anything, I never did pct I was on from age 20-26 without any breaks so I imagine my natural function is probably toast by now. At this point I’ve exhausted most if not all natural options, but I do have low shbg so when I do trt now it’s a yo yo effect trying to regulate it but I guess I don’t have much choice. And no I never hit my head or anything. Just did a lot of AAS
Injecting small doses EOD or preferably every day, otherwise you will experience the yo-yo effect.
Yea i’m going to give it another run. This path is not promising at all.
NEW LAB UPDATE, INPUT APPRECIATED:
Been off of testosterone for at least 4 months, here’s what my latest blood work showed:
LH: 1.5-9.3 (9.7) HIGH
FSH: 1.6-8.0 (24.3) HIGH
Testosterone Total: 250-1100 (360)
Free Testosterone: 35-155 (58.7)
Prolactin: 2.0-18 (9.2)
SHBG: 10-50 (26)
subjective feeling, minimal sex drive, minimal morning wood, able to perform fairly well when time arises but muscle wasting is very noticeable, low appetite, sleep is not that great. Still having depression which has been a long term issue anyway.
Congrats you are in the normal range. But honestly that is a pretty dismal total.
Your primary hypogonadism, testicular failure.
That fsh is way high. You taking any medication?
Like clomid or novaldex?
If you not taking meds that would increase fsh, be sure to get a testicular ultrasound. Possible tumor.
Maybe even a pituitary mri
No I don’t take anything that would cause that to be so high, which is why I was mildly concerned about it.

Lab updates: have been off of all exogenous hormones for over a year, started feeling really terrible around thanksgiving, somehow narrowed my own remedy down to DHEA and vitamin D for all my low T/E based symptoms that were including: severe joint pain, severe depression etc which I’d say have been helped out about 20-30%. At this point though my natural levels look like they are toast. All thoughts and dialogue welcome. ( Side note bodyweight is down to roughly 185 from 210 during original post. No fat but not much muscle left either.
