Feel Terrible, Fat Gain with Zero Libido

Ok thank you guys. I appreciate the help. This is encouraging to know.

Obviously the TRT specialist doesn’t think you have low T, low SHBG men don’t need high Total T, mid-range is good enough.

Can you post thyroid labs?

Thanks systemlord. I will post my thyroid results soon.

If someone can help me with my question so I can get a better understanding

Am I able continue to take low dose of HCG to increase libido? Any benefit to take low dose? Or will it increase my E2 by too much?

I have noticed if I take nolvadex and aromasin with some gel together I end up losing water weight and feel a bit better.

As mentioned earlier there aren’t many (I’ve seen zero but I’m guessing there’s one somewhere) who take hcg alone and feel amazing. Even if it increased your libido (which I think is doubtful but don’t have firsthand experience) you are likely to feel like shit.

Being fat is one of the worst things for sexual function. You must fix that in order to be optimized.

I think there was one guy here who also had a log but cannot find it.

But you know its pretty tough to get lean when you are not optimized and most people do not have the willpower for this.

Im doing it now dropped 6kg for 3 months.

Fortunately there is metformin - which starts to become a game changer for me.

Hey guys. Had another blood test. My E2 is sky high due to my low SHBG.

Can someone please help me with my question. Can I use aromasin with low dose of nolvadex to control high E2?
