I might be wrong, but I have a feeling that Dr. Lowery’s article on glucose intolerance will change some things like massive eating did some time ago…
Just a few questions:
- What’s the reason behind spliting a meal and eating half after 60 minutes?
- Does the 6+ a day feeding schedule is not the best way anymore and we come back to a clasic 3/day?
- How can we adapt the proposed feeding schedule to a training day if training in the evening?
