Feedback on This Layer System Plan

Hello CT , have you been using the system of layers in their athletes for some time, you said in one of his comet that based on their athletes, the best muscle gains was with the training:

Day 1 - Bench Enclinado
Day 2 - High Pull
Day 3 - off
Day 4 - Decline Bench Press
Day 5 - Front Squat
Day 6 - off
Day 7 - High Pull

You further agree to any changes or do other exercise?

Which version of the layer system are you using for each day ?
