Hey guys I’ve hit a rut and have been the same size for the past 4 years. I would really like to get bigger, stronger, and leaner like some of the guys in this subforum have. 5/3/1, mountaindog, sheiko, have not been working. I dont want to train legs because then I wont be able to fit into my slimfit jeans but I would like my upper body to look really good when I walk one the beach. What is everyone’s favorite type of progamming?

My favorite method so far has been crossfit. It has shot my bench up from 135 to 185 and I now have a 50’ vertical. I get hurt a lot when I squat and deadlift so I have been sprinting alot now. It’s dropped my bf to 12%, I think I’m getting contest ready

you need to be less obvious man, reel them in a bit more before you start really laying it on
