You evil, mean metabolic bastard. I hope you’ll find that we’re not all like you the hard way:)[/quote]
Holy, shit Zen! That’s one of the most vile, dispicable things I’ve ever seen. If nothing else, a sure appetite suppressant.
as for cheat foods…anything italian. real, good homeade italian food. I once dated an italian girl. I should marry that chick-bulks would take on a hole new meaning…
Pizza seems to be the prvailing theme here, followed by donuts. Someone mentioned cheesecake. I think I’m the only person in America who hates cheesecake, donuts and doesn’t really like pizza unless there’s absolutely nothing else to eat and I’m ravenous. Would rather have a plain dry overmicrowaved chicken breast than these foods any day.
Chinese-style sizzling oysters- extra spicy, with steamed rice. (have to have the rice with it, too much carbs)
Chinese “hot dogs”…pot roasted pork served with steamed sweet rolls…the pork is fatty, great for the T-Dawg diet. (too much fat, sugar and carbs)
Spicy tuna sushi (too many carbs).
Large baked potato, with butter, and tons on salt and pepper.
Soft, white jasmine rice.
Chocolate chip cookies. Especially the ones made by my mom and sister.
Pizza Hut supreme hand tossed pizza
(I can eat a while large myself)
Shipley’s doughnuts in Houston.
(The only doughnuts that you can eat and not taste the lard they were fried in…screw Krispy Kreme)
That’s pretty much it. I can hold off cravings for everything else when dieting but every other week, a pizza goes missing. When not dieting, it’s all good.
3 chicken breasts
1 can cream o chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 stick butter
1 box chicken stove top
Make the stovetop (this takes an additional 1\2 stick of butter)
Fry the chicken and cut into pieces. put pieces into casarol dish. combine soup, butter and milk, heat to combine. Pour over chicken top with stuffing. Bake at 350 for 30min.
it is sooooo evil and fat laden, but tastes so good.
I just made a batch of chocolate chip cookies w/ the kids. It’s taking all my willpower not to go in there and inhale the rest of the dough between batches!!!

Quite distressing, huh? Hope he choked on that KFC. You hear me, Vegita!?!? It’s not even real chicken, and I heard they pee in the sauce. There, that should make him think twice about ruining a thread
