Anyway another awesome B Flick not yet mentioned:

SLAPSHOT

Slapshot is a classic in the genre, good movie.

Trouble in little China is a cool B flick with a solid performance of Kurt Russel. Another one would be Tango & Cash, with Russel and Stallone and a young Teri Hatcher playing an exotic dancer as a bonus.

Willow!! Can’t believe this hasn’t been said yet.

Princess Bride, good stuff

One I discovered last month was Lucky Number Slevin, with Josh Hartnett, Bruce Willis, Lucy Liu, Morgan Freeman (in one of his rare appearance as a bad guy) and sir Ben Kingsley. One of the coolest plot ever and a cast of good actors.

OH YEAH… Slevin RULES!!! Goodkat… Bad Dog!

Barbarella and Flesh Gordon

Most of mine have already been mentioned, but here goes:

Comedy-
Slapshot
Swingers
Clerks
Office Space
Out Cold (good call PGA)
Aspen Extreme (another cheesy ski flick)
I know I’m forgetting more…

Martial Arts/Fighting-
Pretty much all Van Damme, but Cyborg, Bloodsport and Kickboxer in particular
Ong-Bak (Tony Jaa is ridiculous)
Gladiator (Cuba, not Crowe)
Lots of others, too many to name…

And last but certainly not least, my favorite martial arts film of all time; anybody who likes the genre MUST get their hands on this movie:

King of the Kickboxers

It stars Loren Avedon (lots of other good MA flicks) and a pre-Tae Bo Billy Blanks as the ultimate bad-ass bad guy.

They Live starring the PIPER

Another one I forgot:

Brotherhood of the Wolf

A French action/horror film with Monica Bellucci based on real 18th century events. I’ve only seen it with subtitles. I’m not sure if a dubbed version is available or not.

Bad-assery.

Some great ones not already mentioned:

Avenging Disco Godfather (Rudy Ray Moore)

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (Jim Carrey, Kate Winslet)

I Come in Peace (Rutger Hauer)

Dagon (nobody I ever heard of)

16 Candles (Molly Ringwald, Anthony Michael Hall)

All I can think of right now.

EDIT: Grunt: The Wrestling Movie
Hey Digital, want to buy my autographed copy of “Dolomite”. I don’t really think Rudy Ray is quite up to “B” status. Maybe “D+” tops. Unless your drunk, then of course “put yo’ weight on it, put yo’ weight on it!” is funny as hell.

Good ones not mentioned yet.

“Blood of Heroes” Rutger Hauer and Joan Chen. She kicks the shit out of a guy and then bites his ear off. All in the name of a sport.

“Men of War” Best Dolph Lungren movie. Period. The guy can actually act if given a decent script.

“SuperTroopers” Just plain fucking histarical.

“Beyond the Law” Charlie Sheen

“Fire and Ice” Old but good animated film. Ralph Bashki and Frank Frezeta.

“Prince of Darkness” John Charpenter horror.

Equilibrium.

I didnt expect much and I was surprised how cool it was.

Some good ones posted. Here’s my additions:

Sean of the dead
Better off dead
Dead End (Listed as horror, but it’s so bad it’s the funniest thing I’ve ever seen.) My whole family rolled!

I liked Excalibur and Boondock Saints too. But Sat. Night I saw one that was in it’s own league- Bubba Ho-Tep.

http://www.bubbahotep.com/

It’s about an Elvis Impersonator and a black man that thinks he’s JFK fighting a mummy that terrorizes an E. Texas nursing home. It’s about more than that too, but read the reviews.
I’ve seen Army of Darkness and Bubba Ho Tep…very different movies but both have one awesome commonality- Bruce Campbell. If it’s a repeated sentiment, meh, its worth repeating.

Ray Harryhausen (SFX) flicks:
The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms (1954)
20 Million Miles to Earth (1957)
Jason and the Argonauts (1963)
The 7th Voyage of Sinbad (1958)
The Golden Voyage of Sinbad (1974)
Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger (1977)
Clash of the Titans (1981)

Others:
Dragonslayer
Conan the Barbarian
Conan the Destroyer
The Beastmaster

The Perfect Weapon - Jeff Speakman
Blue Tiger - Virginia Madsen

Enter the Ninja
Revenge of the Ninja
Ninja III - The Domination
Pray for Death
Rage of Honor

Good Guys Wear Black
A Force of One
The Octagon
An Eye for an Eye
Silent Rage
Forced Vengeance
Missing in Action 1-III
Code of Silence
Invasion USA
Delta Force
Hero and the Terror

Yeah was much better the first time around, and then the writer/director came out with the same movie with a different cast, otherwise known as Ultraviolet.

As for B movies, I’m partial to Howard The Duck.
