Wait until you get old douche bags. How do you know that these people aren’t trying to look good for their friends but are simply trying to stay mobile and keep the diabetes monster away?
Try doing pull ups in sets of 5, parallel bar dips in sets of 10, or feet elevated ring push ups in sets of 15 at 49 years old and 250 lbs. As a fat old person I can count on one hand the number of other folks doing either one of these exercises.
