I have a question in regards to fat loss. I was speaking to a friend of mine who is competing in a natural show for the second time. He claimed that it is easier to lose the fat the second time as he only gained it in the past 12 months since his last show. Is this correct?
Yup. It also is easier to gain (or more correctly, regain) muscle the second time around.
