Fat Loss Progression...

I am planning on starting a fat loss starting January, and just curious what would be a good starting point.

I know what Waterbury suggests for certain progressions, but some of his programs aren’t involved in his book and just wondering where they could be placed in lets say a year long progression of programs?

example:

BBB, ABBH, ABBHII, etc…

thinking of starting it all with BBB.
