Fat Loss Programs for Fit People?

So I’ve been trying to hunt down a good conditioning/cutting program for the next time I cycle through a fat loss phase. Unfortunately, everything I find is targeted towards people who are relatively inactive or have been overweight for awhile.

Does anyone have any good program recommendations for making the jump from 10% body fat to 6%? Or is this just the point where I need to start doing things on my own?

Assuming that your current method(s) is effective, I’m a fan of extending the conditioning sessions over time. I like an additional 5 minutes a week to each session over the course of a month. Adding inclines to my treadmill work, trying to reduce the time of my bleacher runs, reducing the rest interval during my lifting sessions, etc.
