Fat Burners Ruin Metabolism?

Whats the thing with HOT-ROX. Does it really work. Is the the thermo with the counterpart “Fahrenheit” for women?[/quote]

Yes, HOT-ROX does work, but I get the feeling that you may not have the dieting part down yet, in which case it will not be as effective.

For feedback on HOT-ROX, just search for any of the hundreds of previous threads on it.

Yes it raises your metabalism to the point you heat up and “use” more energy/calories… they all have varying intensity levels HOT-ROX is up there, ECA is beyond that (ephedrine now illegal) and DNP was up to 60705 (?) but that is also illegal.

i have the dieting part down but i didnt think thermos really did much since you have to diet so much to see anything…I would think its the dieting more than it is the thermo.
Whats does “DNP was up to 60705” mean
thanks guys

Ephedrine isn’t illegal.

What happens is that after you’ve been dieting for a while, you metabolism down regulates as your body adjusts to the lower daily intake. Thermos help boost your metabolism and are great for the tail end of a diet. Either way, you’re trying to create a caloric deficit. If you are taking thermos and eating a surplus of calories, you won’t lose weight.

ok thanks

???

Yes it is in most places, its not where you are ?
But you can get it via vasapro or other asthma related products.

And re DNP i meant 60-70% raise of your metabalism but thats one product you do NOT want to mess with and i apologise for even mentioning its name.

Ephedrine is legal in the U.S, but the sales are monitored due to it being used as an ingredient in making methamphetimine. I pick up Bronchaid at my local pharmacy.

Ephedra is what was originally banned, but it still isn’t illegal as long as it’s sold in 8 or 10 milligram doses. (I think)

It’s not illegal where you are either - in smaller doses. Yes you can get in vasapro too. These smaller doses, however, are not as effective. So you must combine the smaller doses to make it effective, which then makes it not very cost-effective compared to alternatives (HRX for example).
