Risk/reward… if Foster’s healthy and if Jackson can stay healthy for 16 games for once, you’ll be solid (don’t like Moss with the horrid QB situation though).
I actually just completed an auction draft in a 12-team league… Rivers/C Johnson/Colston/Malcon Floyd/Jones-Drew/Beanie Wells/Witten, with Fred Jackson, Daniel Thomas, Pierre Garcon, and Lee Evans on bench… wow I like that a lot less now that I see it.
I got three top tier guys (Rivers, Calvin Johnson and Jones-Drew) and used a lot of cash, then picked all value picks after that for way less cash (Rivers was third most expensive at $38, next was colston at $17, huge dropoff between 3rd and 4th most expensive).

Our offensive line is a sieve, we have no QB, and we lost more pieces than we gained on defense. I think that is the exact opposite of a formula for success.

He has a pass for the first two years in a sense. You got to have faith that they will let him build it. I think I would rather do that man than the perpetual middle of the road that the Cowboys have been for the last 15 years.

sorry i dipped out on this years fantasy football, i was away from this site for a while. I hope you all have a fun year. i am back and i need some fantasy advice for my 200$ buy in league. I drafted 3 defenses(I thought we were allowed to start 2, we aren’t), i don’t know much about defensive players so i don’t know which team DEF to drop. My offensive players are pretty dirty though.
so, which defense should i drop?

Why would you even keep two? I’d simply go with one, and then when that one has a buy you can simply pick one up off waivers as a one week best match-up choice (ie whoever’s playing the Panthers, Bengals, or 49ers…)
Keep the Ravens, and pick up two players off the wire. Falcons and Saints will be in shootouts all year, so their D’s will be very much in the “bend don’t break” mindset.

I would go Maclin and Jacobs.
Dont even know if Chad makes the team, Hightower might be a sleeper with Shanny’s style running game.
Personally I’d take Hightower Ochocinco… you have the best and worst player on that side, and I always want to be the guy getting the best player in the deal.
Hightower is the legit #1 RB in WAS, and I think Maclin’s production will drop a bit with Steve Smith around (plus no way a possessoin guy gets 10 TDs again)
