If you were to purchase honey at farmer’s markets, you’re probably getting the pure honey. However, the majority of store-bought honey is not raw or pure because it has been heated and filtered to remove other particles natural to honey.
So for a person buying honey, if they want the better quality stuff they should make sure it says raw, unfiltered OR to purchase direct.
