Explain Your Name

I’m a bad uncle.

My name means various things, and it’s not particularly something that I can explain succinctly in a short post, but basically it is a summation of deeply held convictions. I consider myself a wanderer. I have a strict set of values to which I adhere and a strong sense of honor, and my outlook is somewhat fatalistic. I don’t particularly care for most societal conventions and I love my personal freedom. If I have to stick in one spot for any length of time I start to get restless, but it’s too base to call myself a barbarian in most of those senses because a barbarian, while in touch with the primal nature, generally has a very narrow view of the world around him and I strive to learn and expand as a scholar in addition to primacy. Eddard Stark, Snow, and Felix were both in the running but were also both too limited. Combine that with some serious nerdiness, a keen interest in history and a fondness for the epic form of literature and you get my name.

Well you can’t let guys choose their own names, or you get five guys all fighting over who gets to be Mr.Black. I’m Mr.Purple, and that’s that.[/quote]

Lol. Awesome ref.

Been dead for 22 years. I’m a cyberspace spook.

When I worked at a sporting goods store, and we worked on commission. I always outsold the other employees, so they always said “Look at T making all the money.” This was shortened to “T making money” then “T-Money.” Tmoney was taken so I took tmoney1.

it sounds like you are saying “my cunt” when you say my name

i like big bums, and Hugh Jackman is pretty cool too.

I’ve been doing martial arts for a long time, I’m obsessed with warrior culture and all things badass, and to be a warrior is also one of my goals. Also, I loved watching Attack Of The Show on G4 so I decided on AttackOfTheChris. The name also reminds me of old cheesy horror movies like “Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes” or “Attack Of The Fifty Foot Woman.”

So, I thought it was kinda funny and dorky and I like horror movies so I figured the name just fits who I am.

I love seafood, surfing, the aquatic life…and lifting. No false supps.

I love HBO’s Six Feet Under and really relate to Peter Krause’s character.

Uhh… well… see… there’s this kid’s show called ‘Arthur’, and there was this one episode where I think that one rabbit dude (Buster?) told the (I dunno what he is) other guy, Binky something about anonymous, I think it referred to a love letter or what not, and he was like, “A Ninny…Mouse?” And voila. Before settling here I spent a reasonable amount of time playing minesweeper and the default for scores is anonymous. Yeah…

Your parents named you al149?

How did you fill out those standardized tests where you have to shade the bubbles for each letter in your name?

When are you talking the exam?

I meant taking the exam, post isn’t here to edit

you mean the CPA exam?

You take it in 4 parts now, although it isn’t offered every month. So I am taking part in late November, part next February and the other 2 parts after April 15. That is assuming I pass each section.

Yeah, I recently passed it. I profile stalked you… Us nerds need to stick together.

Big or small firm, audit or tax? What order are you taking the parts?

Mine’s really corney and easy to figure out. I started lifting a year and a half ago at age 40. I was a 235 lb. 5’ 10" sloth. I lost 45 lbs. then gained 15 of mostly muscle. My waist size hasn’t changed since I lost all of the weight. I’m also the strongest I’ve ever been since I was a distance runner through highschool. Also, was a tri-athelete while in USMC Recon. (that explains the avator)

Congrats on passing!

I’m at a real small firm and do tax mostly but hope to move to a larger one once I have the letters. I’m taking Audit/Regulation/Business/then Financial.

Any part you find particularly difficult?
