I live in a small neighborhood of about 100 people and all of the kids there, ages 14-24 have kids!!! I actually counted yesterday(I have no life) There are 25 people with kids and most of them are under 20!! whats worst is that they don’t even care about their babies and are continuing going to parties and whoring
around, while their parents take care of the babies.
Does This only happen in Mexican neighborhoods?? I asked a guy there, “Why do people here have kids so early? He replied, " In Mexico we had
kids as early as we could”
I don’t get this Mentality and I’m a Mexican. The Point of Migrating to the U.S, is to be better of financially. I don’t get it.
its going on everywhere pretty much. i think majority of the girls i work with are pregnant. my friend just had a kid a few months ago and more and more people are getting pregnant. there was even some thing that made it to the news about a group of 16 y.o. girls who made a pact to all get pregnant together and raise there kids togehter.
my personal theory, people are subconsciously scared with all the war and natural disasters so their longterm (species) survival insticts kick in and they start popping out kids to ensure the survival of humans.
why do you think so many people got pregnant during WWII?

You make a good point. I remember a friend telling me that when he was on acid, He thought he was gonna die and all he thought about was getting his girlfriend pregnant. But how could they be scared if Mexicans don’t watch the news? Seriously, I think its because after you graduate high school and don’t have goals, what else is there to do? Start a family.
well if its race specific mexicans have culturally always had a lot of kids because theres no social security in mexico so the idea is have a lot of kids and when they get older theyll take care of you. at least thats what my American Culture Prof. told me.
also if youre a minority somewhere its a good idea to introduce as many of your own population as possible. most early immigrants have a ton of kids and it sort of wears down as their race becomes more settled in look at the irish and italians for example. irish families back in the day had 8-14 kids now its like 2 maybe 3.

yeah turns out its not history since its happening today. i was just using it as an example that in uncertain times people are more likely to reproduce.
i mean if you want to disagree go for it, but at least put up some supporting evidence.
