Coffee is win.

I did yoga this morning for the first time in a long time. May become part of the weekly training routine.

Used to do it more often to help relieve tension, stress etc. Been kinda sick this week, so everything is all tight and rough from just not feeling good/sleeping well.

My hips are so damn weak in the balance postures itā€™s embarrassing.
