That happens to me also from time to time. You may just have some strong ass triceps or it might be a better fit for you OR it may just be your body was ready to switch it up and it just feels stronger…for now. Time will tell
I think it is the better fit one. Just feels tighter and stronger. Also, I just push pressed 255x1 last week so that may have something to do with why my bench is going up
