So I’ve been feeling on edge the past few days, and have no exact idea as to why. I feel constantly tense, like I’m on the verge of one of those super stress out type things I had during the rough patches of grad school.
I’m assuming it’s lack of sleep and work stress, but damn, I don’t know how you folks who have sleep issues do it. I couldn’t function with what some of y’all deal with.
