2.) You do have the option to buy. It will be more money per month, though.

Grns, I’ve been traveling around with not much internet access. Tonight I get my first real training session in weeks and I’m both scared and excited. I’ve been running everyday so I’m afraid of how much it’ll have weakened my squat. I couldn’t find a squat rack anywhere when I was away.

Plyo jumps. You can even use a hotel bed if there are no benches or something around outside.
I have found that this won’t add strength but absolutely maintains it while away for a little while. Just squat through a full range of motion before you jump up.
