Some weirdo keeps starting threads in PW with videos of women he finds ‘cute’ lifting.

45s iz some serious bizness

I think I’m the only female that benches in mah gym. I once saw a father teenage daughter combo lifting, but they iz not regulars.

I am tired but not sleepy. So, here I am.

My calves hurt.

I can’t wait until I can squat with big boy plates. I worked up to the 25s, but I think I’ll stay there for a while, I have a lot of trouble keeping mah back tight when it feels heavy.

Where are all you people?

I think he did. It was way back in Sept 2010. I got here June 1 and started lifting the next week. I progressed from a relative newby (training on my own with long distance coaching from IH) to going to the gym 3-6 times a week. I think that might have been too fast because I started injuring my back and now am completely terrified of squatting with anything on my back. I can barely do 10 body weight squats without resting and losing my breath. On the plus side, when I do make it to the gym I can still do 8-10 reps at 65 on my bench!

<— at the gym doing endless sets of endless reps of squats with 105.

<----sitting at home with IH, perusing the interwebs and reading a book.

<----too tired to work out when I have 5 weeks of 12 hour days 4 times a week and only one day off to catch up on the rest of my life.

<---- just got in from having dinner with my two oldest daughters, then out for a little while with the oldest to listen to a band.
