These answers consist of: the employee cafeteria operated at a loss of $100K last MONTH, the casino is losing money (weāre the most profitable casino in PA, by SEVERAL million dollars), and they want to make the employee cafeteria a profit center (anyone whoās taken Business 101 knows that NO employee cafeteria is a profit center, theyāre lucky if it breaks even on a monthly basis).
