I took a class with a similar name. It was the “real world” function of muscles as related to sport performance…the big picture stuff…less doctor, more athletic trainer.

Yes what rock said, it’s a more of a practical hand’s on approach.
We both watched “Spies Like Us” on netflix at the same time and texted back and forth. Some of her texts are incredible, especially the ones where she talks about her plans for kissing me.
