I switched my legs day based on the crowded nature of this out of town gym. Usually day after legs is off day. Dude, embarassing cardio failure of epic proportions! I usually do 45 minutes just at level five. Today I kept lowering the level and barely pulled off 25 minutes. Blargh. This may mean I need to make up this workout
