Morny morns all. Day two of class today and were getting into the hard stuff.
Did get in. A great workout last night at the gold bar 24 hour fitness. I didlegs though instead of one of my" very metabolic" circuit workouts as I deemed the gym too crowded for circuits. Ss cardio today after class, circuits tomorrow when I get home, then make up my missed hiit on sunday. Diet is good though the smell of warm giant pretzels they were serving in class yesterday afternoon was carbtastic. I’m sure they tasted just awful. ::eyeroll::
