Went to a few meetings myself, then went and ate a bunch of chicken and a side of pasta and bread. I hit a PR on running hills, which made me feel good.

I benched 255 for 6 today. I was using a thicker bar. Difference? I want to hit 255 for 8 reps which will give me a predicted one rep max of 317lbs on the bench. I feel that if I can do this before I dig into my order of Biotest that I will be unstoppable once I start taking my sups again.

The Mods are going to edit your post in a second, and probably mine. But, doesn’t Alpha Male have the same fat burning products as HOT-ROX? Anybody know?
