So, I went to the DMV to get my PA license and change my name. I needed my IL license, passport, Social Security card, marriage certificate and two pieces of mail (to establish residency). Who the fuck gets mail? I do everything electronically. AND I don’t get a REAL license, just a TEMPORARY one, the real one will be sent in 15 days! WTF??? Now I just need to get my Social Security card and passport changed. This is a long, involved process. It seriously needs to be streamlined. I think all forms of ID should be issued from one agency, in one building.
