Pepsi Max?

yep.

Coffee till 9:30 or so, then it’s water and Coke Zero’s till 4.

Then beer on non training days.

Water and protein shakes on training days.

Sooooooooo…tonite it’ll be beer and tortellini.

Vikings live off this shit.

Like Edgy said… Coke is a superior product.

Well, I recall liking regular Pepsi, over regular Coke. Then Coke Zero came out, and was way better than Diet Coke, and now Pepsi Max is out, and I like it more than Coke Zero, so whatever.

Cool story, right bro’s?

subject change.

Why is it that the squat rack is usually packed with teenagers/young adults weighing either 130 or up to 500lbs and ALL they’re doing is shrugs?

Who is selling these newbs on shrugs? I do some DB shrugs, sure, but AFTER I do heavy compound movements and as an accessory movement only.

But these peoples camp out at the squat rack, load up the bar WAY past their abilities and go after it. When what they really need is a solid training program that includes compound exercises, increase thier protein and overall calorie intake and probably define their goals.

I just don’t get it!

/end rant.

Um, Edgy, how ELSE are they going to build a huge surplus of trapplesauce if they can’t do the one and only exercise they know of for bulding them? Next time, throw some DB’s at them, and tell them to get off your vessel, and yell like a true viking. That’ll teach 'em

seriously…

ALL they do is shrugs. they’ll come in in a group, crowd the squat rack, load up the bar, goof off, text push each other around do a few sets and leave.

Whoever is selling these newbs on shrugs should be making a fortune.

/end rant again.

(Vikings are a sniveling bunch, no?)

I don’t get it either. I stopped caring/ paying attention to people in the gym, cause I don’t give a shit. It just pisses me off.

tortellini…your speaking this Italian girls language!

I shrug in the rack…

Hit 545 for 21 last week.

If I had to pick it up off the ground I doubt I would have got more than 4 or 5 reps.

Yeah, and I am not opposed to shrugging in the rack, the idea is that you use the rack when you’re exercising something that you couldn’t pick up off the ground (like squats, shrugs, GMs, etc.). I think Edgy’s complaint is that all the kids do IS shrug. Not like an accessory exercise, but as like, a ME lift.

Good point, those shrugs were done after deads.

Don’t slap me edgy.

Oh and, PMPM you better never ever let is slip that I messed up and sent you the wrong pic. And you know what my wife looks like now. It’s our secret.
