Ever Feel Like a Threadkiller (24)

Get back to working out. I didn’t like the Schuler/Cosgrove thing so I’m going back to IH’s program he made for me but with different exercises. Still keeping the main three: bench, squat, deadlift; but learning new accessory stuff like face pulls, rack chins, etc.

Other than that, we’re going out to either Applebee’s or Olive Garden. I haven’t decided yet.

Hmm Applebees v. Olive Garden; not my fave restaurants but I’ll probably choose Applebees.

Hai ladies

I would choose OG. I could eat their salad all day long. The work out sounds like a good plan Greeny. I did 40 lb bent over rows and 30 lb flat bench DB presses. My arms feel like boulders right now

Well, I always get the same thing at Applebee’s which is their Chicken Broccoli Alfredo bowl with no broccoli. Olive Garden has this awesome steak medallion alfredo with balsamic drizzled on it and gorgonzola cheese…it’s SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good! It all depends on what mood I’m in tomorrow.

i fucking hate massachusetts.

Hi, Nikki! How’s your night been?

Deb, that sounds awesome! Like I said before, I’ve never used any DBs heaver than the 20s so anyone who can do stuff heavier than that is awesome to me.

Why?

Well Greeny, no crepes for me tonight :stuck_out_tongue:
I don’t know why I’m not a fan of pasta… well I like any pasta that’s not spaghetti, linguini, fettucine, angel hair, yadda yadda. So O.G will never really sound appetizing to me, although I love the breadsticks.

What’s wrong Bass?

I was in a bullshit car accident 4 years ago… a drunk in a jaguar cut across 3 lanes of traffic forcing the person in front of me to slam on the brakes, in the rain, while driving down hill. I started skidding and hit them. Guy in the jag took off, 4 years later and still paying surcharges on my insurance. Shit it even costs me more this year than last, without any other violations before or after that one.

Damn, that does suck! How old are you? Do you still drive the same car? I know men are charged more than women, but it should go down (at least it does in IL) after you turn 25. I think it depends on the kind of car you drive too.

Hai Deb! Unfortunately no, I don’t have a car or insurance. My brother doesn’t seem to believe in hand me down cars.

I’m over 25 and my car is a 10 year old honda accord…my ins should be cheap, my bros car is newer, and he lives in a “higher risk” area, yet his ins is $300 cheaper. It doesn’t make sense.

Huh. That is weird. 4 years is a long time for accident surcharges. Can you change insurance? Have you asked anyone at your insurance office?

That’s insurance for you. It’s best to pay out of pocket for accidents and not get insurance involved.
Believe me, EVERY COMPANY is trying to scrap up any and all money they can get from their customers.

Huh, well the license is the first step!

I drive IH’s car without insurance. He needs to put me on his plan.

Chim, why did you just get your license?

As long as his car is insured, you don’t need to be added Greeny. Anyone can drive an insured car.

Oh. Cool. I didn’t know that, Deb. Thanx!

Hai tharr!

I grew up in the Philippines and had a license there, came here for school, I haven’t had time (or a car) to get one before now.
