You guys can’t do Chest tomorrow, it’s not MONDAY! Everyone knows Monday’s are International Bench/Chest Days
TRUE-
that’s how you can tell a veteran from a newb.
you really gonna push that thing? how far, 4-5 miles uphill?
Yeah, probably for a warmup, push it with 9000 lbs for a few blocks, and then strip it all the way down to 1000 and sprint 47 miles. Good times
Tomorrow is Chest and Bi’s at 7am.
B-fast, nap, yardwork, nap, shower then a friends B-day party at 6:30.

Wow…tomorrow is our chest/bi day too! But definitely NOT at 7am.

Eyes open at 5:30-6am every day. Coffe in hand, little news, then off to the gym.
What’re you doing for chest these days Greenie?
All I know for sure is flat bench and incline bench, after that it’s up to the tiger. I didn’t like the Schuler/Cosgrove program so I’m going back to the 3 day split IH wrote for me, but with different excercises. I want to learn new stuff.
<---------------Thinks my favorite Son Inky is fucking with me. That’s okay, I guess. he’s still a badass.
Thanks, I might have been overexaggerating it a little, maybe.
Probably bring like 300#'s additional weight for it, push it a few times at different weights, 35-40yds each push probably. I don’t know, just push 'till it hurts, and then a little more.

Speaking of chest day.
This one guy at my gym who runs about stealing my equipment came in for one of the three days he trains chest and all the benches were full. He looked so confused and just walked from bench to bench asking people when they would be done. I’m pretty sure if one of the the benches hadn’t opened up he would have left.

I’ve been doing partial dumbell flat bench presses for about 9 months now, and am impressed with how much muscle I’ve been able to put on.
partial in that i don’t lock out at the top, always keep tension on the muscle and shoot for 15-20 reps with about 1 minute between.
I’ll go heavy Oly bar bench presses, then do the partial DB bench for reps then whatever the mood strikes me.
not that anyone cares, that is…
Dude, your answer is half trp (bottom portion) incline flyes.

Def!
I used to do incline flys, high reps and got some good development with them too, specially the Tank top portion of the upper pecs.
they are good too…I just like the partials for now.
