He must have expected a different reaction from a female, something along the lines of running to the bulletin board to see the next class.
I have nothing against some of the classes, it’s just it has to accommodate mostly to beginners.
What they should have is a prowler/famer’s walk/sandbag training circuit. Then count me in.
My name is Deborah and I’ve been participating in a Zumba class this summer. I do this because it’s dancing and dancing is one of my favorite things to do PLUS the gay guy who teaches is FABulous. I also do it after my regular work out. I do work up a crazy amount of sweat. /end confession

isnt zumba kinda salsa-y? Thats cool. But if that was your SOLE form of exercise and thought you didn’t NEED anything else then we’d have problems. And that’s why I have problems at my gym, cause thats the mentality there.
Nikki- I suggested something similar to that, that would be instructed by yours truly, but I was shot down, cause A) it would be too dangerous and B) the equipment is expensive.
