For me he was since I’m a lazy fuck. I like to eat what I want when I want. He helped me curb that. Energy went Up. And strange enough so did my power. And it hit me. I was huge but not eating enough. I was 286. What I thought was strong but was not eating enough, Protein, healthy fats or the right carbs.

The high days will be like this:
7 meals, keep fat as low as possible on this day, so no added fats and use only lean protein sources
Meal 1: 70g carbs, 45g protein
Meal 2: 60g carbs, 45g protein
Meal 3: 60g carbs, 45g protein
Meal 4: 70g carbs, 45g protein (switch this with any meal to make it your postworkout meal)
Meal 5: 50g carbs, 45g protein
Meal 6: 50g carbs, 45g protein
Meal 7: 45g protein, unlimited veggies (no carbs at this meal), 2600mg evening primrose oil, 5g fish oils

hmmmm I’m a bit above that, and certainly weight less than you do… BUT I get like 200 from shakes and about the same from solid food.
Now remember high days, med & low are just talking carbs. The other dayswere like this:
Medium day, 6 meals:

Yeah, I like my black coffee but that is a whole lot of eating. now if I do another 12 weeks it will be to see if I can get down to 9% bodyfat and I will wait till after summer for that. As for now I’m just going to keep lifting maybe do a meet in July

The medium day looks like my training days with one extra meal, depending where the WO is. Except I go 30g Carb peri WO and 30g post with 100g Pro give or take.
