Squat with green db’s
Blue stretch band jumps
climb on/off bench x4
Green DB hammer curls
climb on bench, nap
1lb dumbbell Frog Hops
Empty DB 2 hand snatch.
- My daughter asked me to take her to the exercise room, and this is the program she came up with when we got there. :'D
