I’d like to apologize for some of the snarky and/or unnecessary comments in other threads. I have a total lack of sleep these days, I stay up for like 2 days then sleep for 12 hours and the cycle begins anew.

also, I got to watch a guy built like a mantis do every variant of unstable surface ab work plausible.
I did some variant of GVT for BFPu**ies that would probably make Coach Poliquin shit crushed bricks. (Push-presses, Squats, IBPs, & T-Bar rows - all but the squats @ 60% 1RM 10 sets X various numbers near 10 for reps)
Thank God A535 comes in tubs now!

on the bright side, I found a container of unopened protein that I forgot I purchased about 3 weeks ago, which should help hold me over for another week til payday.
also - I watched the dvd that came with the album mentioned a few posts back, it’s a “the making of” and I am even more impressed, which I didn’t think was possible.
hopefully if it doesn’t rain, I’ll get to work outside some today, either on my community garden project or over at a friends place clearing some more land.
