Hey guys, I’m back.

AND PISSED OFF.

Someone reported my WoW name and I was forced to change it. I mean, seriously wtf? It’s not like it was even offensive.

Some people need to stop being so damn sensitive.

Does that mean you lost your level??? Jackals!!1!

No I’m still level 80. They made me change my beautiful name (and totally NOT offensive), so I’m sulking.

:frowning:

“Heywood Jablomey?”

Lollocaust.

that is a great name! I can’t believe they made you change it.
don’t you pay to play the f*ckin game? and they took your name?

He could go with " Itbe Bigundbadd"

unrelated… I witnessed “?Treadmill Tai-Chi?” today. I mean the guy was doing ~5 or 6 MPH, & doing push-hands stuff.

that’s pretty epic.
we did a lot of push-hands (you know the literal translation is “sticky-hands” right? lol) in kung-fu, but not while running…
he must have been multi-tasking.[/quote]

One of the guys I’ve known for about 10 years is a 5th level Black Belt in Hwung Rang-do(sp?), and has used me for his throwing dummy for some of the self-defense courses he’s taught.
He’s got the whole bag of tricks, like the one-inch punch, board breaking & sticky hands. The guy on the treadmill was doing recognizable versions of the first 4 or 5 forms with the arm sweeps, & repulse punches, etc but just hammering along with his legs.

on a tangent, I’m okay with looking a ‘bit’ silly but would like to avoid total toolage… do you have an approx. recommendation for at which weights I should get a belt for deads & squats. (My back health is excellent, & I like to squat low)

WOOT! WOOT!

That’s what I thought. Damn hippies and their sensitivities.

IMHO whatever weight has you struggling for a third rep.
oddly enough, I dead more without a belt, it interferes with my breathing or something - I can’t figure it out.

Cool, thx.

we’ve got a Sport Check about 3 minutes away. The Absurd/Bad/Good is that they have 2 belts, S & XS. (if I Daisy chained them, they might fit a 36" waist) The good is that I deadlift more weight than they have in stock. The bad is that they don’t have too many free weights in stock. :'P

/thread.

my current desktop…

I ordered my lever belt from INZER. easily the best investment for squats and BP I’ve ever made. takes a while to arrive, but I don’t think I’ll need to order another one this century…

Inzer’s a thing of beauty… for now I’ll probably pick-up a Grizzly - econo belt or something. I’ll keep the Inzer in mind as a gift to me if I add 300 lbs to my totals, first.

rocking desktop btw.
I had to change this one after 2 hours, when my daughter asked my wife where the markers are.

And the final act of beauty…

3 hours of sleep -_-
huh? what?

great.
some lady just came over and complained about a personal trainer holding a piece of equipment for one of his clients.
he was having his client do super-sets and asked someone to hold on just a minute they were getting ready to use that.
this lady wasn’t even the one about to use that machine - fuck’s sake, what’s her problem?
the trainer needs to take into account how long he’s going to keep someone waiting, and have backup exercises if a machine is being used, but seriously - mind your own business lady - the other person didn’t complain - it’s too early for stupid shit.

Hey people.
