I think she must workout here now.
I mean how many people like that can there be?

134?

evidently I can’t count now.

It’s all of the cuteness confusing my senses!

I think I’m going to turn hipster.

Why would you even kid about something like that?

So, if a training question for the PTs is allowed…

for January, if I want to schedule my squat day at a community centre gym (bet 9:00-21:00), is there a day/time that is most likely to have an unoccupied power cage?

usually between 13:00 and 16:00 it slows down here.
moms have to go get kids and the people that work out during lunch are few in number.[/quote]

Thanks miroku. I noticed that in early December the swiss-ball crowd would get there after school, which shouldn’t have been a problem, except for the guy who, while I was resting between bench sets, rolled a ball over to the cage for “?unstable DB triceps kickbacks?” I wasn’t using the cage, but I was too entertained after that to have a ‘good angry’ finish to my workout.

Anyone else of an appropriate age to remember the 15 minutes that rat-tails were cool?

Hint: they were micro-mullets.

Sad to say, my first BF had a rat tail. Thanx for the memories, MD. (^:

They were popular in the early-mid 90’s, right?

I never had one, or a mullet for that matter. I did have long hair, though.

It was more like 88-89. My brother had one too. Rat tails were rampant. And what about Drakkar cologne? There another oldie but goodie.

87-88 sounds about right. I got beaten by my step-brother over use of his Drakkar, but then I got my own bottle of Polo :'}

The hipster party was pretty fun, no one could dance so everyone danced. I talked to a guy about the UFC and fighting, and he knew what he was talking about so I didn’t feel like the odd ball.

Yeah, it turns out that the fuse for the break lights blew so the car wouldn’t shift. One of the guys knew what was going on so it all worked out in the end, things never go smoothly though.

I just saw a Safeway semi out front of our apartment doing a track stand. my wife had my camera phone with her, alas.

conditions. 0deg C, 5% incline, ice & about 2" of ‘slurpee’ on top.

I got a tiny bottle of Drakkar last year, and this girl I was seeing also got me a bottle of Polo. It was her favorite, but I hate it! It smells HORRIBLE.

Drakkar was the shit in the 80’s, along with the Calvin Cline colognes, like Eternity and Obsession. I wore those too. The women’s Obsession I loved. (on women)
