My tris are still sore.

I spent an hour and change commuting to a meeting that didn’t even last 30 minutes.
and then drive back, which took even longer,
so I haven’t accomplished much of anything today.

That shit happens to me all the damn time! It drives me nuts.

I work second shift, so usually I have to drive back to work 4-5 hours later.

My cousin is an RN, she had to fly to Calgary for a weekend, to pick up a required training module for her specialization. The course was about as basic as someone taking 16 hours to explain 5x5 to us. She was not impressed. It was also scheduled during the CFLs western finals, in Calgary.
