I got home earlier than expected tonight. My daughter only wanted to be home, and Grandma wanted to get to sleep before 0130.
unlike miroku’s dietary & training accomplishments; I got in 2 quad espressos, a protein shake, scarfed a sub, 4 cookies & a V-8 in a 16 hour period yesterday, and got dehydrated.
Yesterday & today I curled 9 & 30 lbs.

Luckily, my daughter takes after her mom physically. (but is slightly more stubborn than me.) (fun for the teenage years.)
My son has got my limbs & body hair so far. no word on the personality.
