Cool pic.
The ones that crack be up are the photos of regular women who’ve dressed up like her. It just looks a little odd because the White Queen has ridiculous proportions, so it’s next to impossible to pull it off sucessfully.

The JG in Tootles avatar was from “Phoenix Endsong”, and the artwork from Greg Land was aswesome. I think the way he drew the White Queen, and all the other X-MEN was the best i’ve ever seen, with the possible exception of Jim Lee.

Jim Lee is great. I tried to get my wife and her friend to go as White Queen (friend - blonde) and Jean Grey (wife - reddish hair). All I would have had to wear would have been ruby shades…

Back in the late 70’s early 80’s, I loved John Byrne’s art, but after the “Days of Future Past” story line, I lost interest when Chris Claremont took over the art direction, and the storyline after it, sucked, in my opinion. Then in the early 90’s, it got great again. I had moved on from comic books, but I still check them out from time to time.

People don’t really respect my personal space and I don’t understand why. The guy in line behind me stood so close that when I shifted my weight we made full body contact, and he didn’t step back. The cart was in front of me and I couldn’t take a step forward. I had to ‘accidently’ whack him with my gigantic purse a few times before he moved.
I’d say he was just a weirdo, but these things happen all the time. Maybe I need to go goth and start wearing spikes?
