I peeked in and saw that the reason my 7’ bar keeps getting stripped down to a pair of 5’s (with the other 300 pounds STREWN - (liberally) about the place, is so some chick can do Shallow Knee Bends with a barbell. I really, really, REALLY, really wanted pch2 to use Luthor’s Magic ovary punch on her.
A plus for today was putting on a shirt after showering off the ‘Rat Dust.’ It used to fit like sausage casing, and now has 3-4 inches clearance in the gut area.
