I just don’t understand trolls… How pathetic is your life where attention whoring by purposely angering people on the internet gets you off?

LOL @ the morbidly obese douchers I’m referring too also. 280 @ 5’8", you wouldn’t talk shit to my 12 year old in real life, let alone someone built.

I guess I hate teh fucking internet lately… I can’t stand this shit these days. But when it comes down to it, he has to look at himself in the mirror every day, and that shit is real life. Being “badass” on an internet forum just… well is pretend.[/quote]

It’s why you can’t take everything to heart. One guy seen no problem with insulting an entire race based on one dumb ass actions. All I can do is laugh an feel bad for there ignorance. Laughter it’s good for the soul brotha

HAY GUYS!!

Funny/Horribly Tragic story for ya’ll.

There’s this dude who works out here with a couple screws loose. He goes around telling everyone he’s an amateur bodybuilder, and that he won our annual fitness contest last year. Guy’s about 5’5", 20% bf, and weak as hell.

Lately he’s been in the habit of loading up as much weight as possible on a machine, and then failing out immediately, forcing the people around him to scramble to his aid so he doesn’t die.

Well, Friday he came in, put 405 on the Smith Press, got in the squat position, and immediately crushed himself on the floor. He now has severe dislocation in his left foot and a broken tibia.

He called in to freeze his membership, and to let us know he’ll be back in six weeks to run on the treadmill.

Now: from an outside perspective, this seems pretty sad, but he’s been warned repeatedly to lower the weight by members and staff. When confronted he reacts with threats and violence. I think this is the only way he could have learned his lesson. Well, hopefully.

@Wormwood, I think there’s one delusional guy in every gym. Ours is a ‘powerlifter’ that comes in with wrestling shoes on chalked up and gets people to spot him extra good as he loads up too much weight on a variety of freeweight exercises. Guy has got to be in his late 50’s and about 150lbs.

@IH and Beans, the internet is a very strange place at times. It’s not all bad though, I’ve definitely learned a few things from it and I’ve definitely lol’d my share. Atleast the people in this thread seem normal for the most part.

Yeah, the little green pills I take everyday help with my state of “normal.”

Worm- did he wear a sweat band and really short shorts?

Haha well ‘normal’ is relative I suppose. I think you’re a good person though from what I’ve seen.

sweat band yes, short shorts no.

sweat bands and delusions of grandeur go hand in hand.
