I’d give some tips but there are a lot of guys on this site with bigger legs than me. 20+ reppers seem to be a pretty standard idea for leg mass, though they’re pretty painful/pukey if you do them right.

Finally got to push the Prowler yesterday. Literally felt like puking for an hour after. Got the hubby to do it too. He protested at first, then asked if we can do it again today. Hehehe!
Yesterday afternoon was 62 degrees. Today/tonight is 5-10 inches of snow. Hello, Spring!
