As for you all talking about the plays and musicals last night.
I saw “Spamalot” and loved it.
Going to see “Book of Mormon” this year, it’s supposed to be awesome.
As for using another POV from an original story, I’ve thought about doing standup comedy before, but instead of being myself I’d act like I was Brutus Howard from the Green Mile, bitching about my co-workers and making jokes about Edwaurd De’Lequa and John Coffey.
Some ideas are best left in my brain, I think.

So you know exactly how 100% ridiculous that whole premise would be. Awesome.

Exactly, but that should not stop you from posting a video of your act.

“And then I told him we’d send his fuckin’ mouse to ‘mouseville!’ And he bought it!!! That goofy cajun still fuckin’ bought it!!”

I wanted to see Spamalot when it was in Chicago but never did. The Shakespeare Theater in Chicago did a take on Romeo and Juliet called “Friar Lawrence, the Guy Who Killed Romeo & Juliet” from the perspective of a Colombo-esque detective. It was hilarious. Romeo was this thin tall black guy who frequently broke out into operatic arias and then at one point they did a scene from “Our Town” and often tried to reference local areas like Joliet…as in “at least Juliet doesn’t live in Joliet”.

Low back, sacrum area.
I think I just got trolled by another lawyer. She’s trying to get my client’s consent for an assignment of certain rights. Her client lent a third party $300K secured by these rights, but never bothered getting my client’s consent to the assignment ahead of time (which is required).
She’s bitching because my client has strict assignment requirements she thinks are unreasonable, and her client is in the hole $300K because the third party defaulted. I said, “Your client should’ve gotten this assignment years ago, when he was making the loan, his failure to do his due diligence isn’t my client’s problem.”
She said, “My client didn’t go into this loan assuming the third party would default, who would make a loan on that kind of assumption???”
What?
Um, you did. When you make a loan and try to secure it, it’s secured because you assume the person is going to default. So, if you’re going to try to secure a loan, you should kind of make sure you have the right to take that security in a default.
Sorry. This is really hilarious to me.
I am so staying in this thread from now on…way too much drama on the rest of the site…wtf?

Hello. TK almost slipped off the first page, can’t let that happen.

Morning TK, helped me gf’s brother in law move over the weekend. Moving seriously sucks ass, especially when people get cute and think 3 flights of stairs is secksy.
I kinda thought it was almost cute when the wimmenz hid when it came time to move shit around.
