So, I’ve been on T-Nation for almost 2.5 years now and just decided to check out the “Over 35 Lifter” forum, thinking it was going to be all about how to tie your shoes without throwing out your back. And lo and behold, it’s full of training logs! Holy shit, how did I not know about this? I always followed the training logs under the “Training Logs” drop down.
So then I check out “Powerful Women” for the first time thinking is going to be all, “Who make the best sandwich for their husband” and “What company makes the lightest ironing board” and Jesus tap-dancing Christ, it’s full of training logs as well!
All y’all have got training logs and I never knew it!
