Ever Feel Like a Thread Killer? 59

I love having a good heated discussion, but the sanctimony in PWI kills me. I can not handle people couching their hatred in Christian values. I’m not particularly religious myself, but know too many good, loving people of all faiths to put up with the hypocrisy in PWI.

Sorry for the rant.

^ Its cool I ranted myself.

^ That sounds so close to sharting yourself.

You know we are all not bad, there are rational intelligent good people who are all three of the above.
Okay…you and JLo are the exceptions because you don’t ram it down my throat and insist I’m anti-American because I’m not like you. e-hugs
Lol, it takes all kinds to make this country great. If everyone was like me the world would suck.
Now see, my view is, if everyone was like me, the world would rock, though I also know that is totally false, it’s great to live in my own universe for 30 seconds before coming back to reality.
 I know my own limitations, I hate cleaning bathrooms and dusting. So the world would suck if everyone was like me.

Plus I am intolerant of people who dont respect other people.

And I hate the Dutch.
And in PWI, there are people who don’t respect you if you disagree with them. They only respect the followers.

The Dutch, why? They have great chocolate, tulips, and those awesome wooden shoes!
 Sorry Austin Powers quote.

I know that is why I do not go there EVER. People will say things that they would not say in real life. What is the point to argue about your beliefs?

I have enough heart ache and stress in my normal life, never saw the point in arguing Politics. I just hope at some point the American public realizes that NO ONE in our current structure really cares about the public. There whole job is just to get re-elected and continue the “royalty” lifestyle.

I take care of my own and the people around me that I can help. We can just leave it at that.
Ah okay…my brain is still semi-in PWI…

True enough! I completely agree with you on all points.

Have I said that I love your avi? Because I do. She’s awesome. Do you have a full-length pic? I would love to see the rest of her Day of the Dead outfit.

Sylvia Ji, one of my favorite Pop Surrealists. I have 5 or 6 or her lithos and one original.

Very cool! I love her paintings of 2011! Especially the historical/Victorian/Tudor-type ones.

I love Papillonne, unfortunately it was sold at her last show before I was able to purchase it. She’s represented by Corey Helford.

Her work is amazing.

She also inspires a lot of other artists. There are people out there painting Ji inspired works of their own. Our nanny’s daughter paints in this style, not copies of Ji, mind you, but big bold colors, usually Dia de los Muerto adorning female forms. Got one of her pieces hanging in our dining room, cost me $50.

Yep. Ain’t no thang, right?

I now fit into a youth large, how can I be so small, yet still have so much fat left to lose?

Just saw the Woman in Black, meh save your money on that movie.

Derek, I agree with the last part of your “rant.”

Max, have you checked out Chronicle yet? I want to see that one.

Saw this and thought of Hallie. Lol!
