Goodnight Wisconsin!

Super high rep delt work = insane, I can’t sleep on my side DOMs.

Hi TK, have a great workout tonight, a little burned from fake baking.

I think I’m starting to sort of get the leg drive in with my bench.

Benched 105 for the first time and for 3 reps.

Good day. I put everything into the bench today and did lots of lighter practice sets after getting the 105 and all I could manage was about 3-4 sets of OAR and I was so done. lol

I survived another workout

Yay!

Had a spill during box jumps with the 36in box. Shook it off and finished my set. Like a boss. Hellified bruise on my shin, though. Rubbing it out later.

For me cracking my knee/shin on something can make me a bit woozy. lol

Not sure why.

How’s the married life/fatherhood/baby on the way?

Neither! Well I don’t have any plans on it though I do absolutely intend on gorging on haggis and neeps as tradition dictates!

Awww fuck it I’ll break out the rum too ;p

edit - I know rum isn’t very Scottish but whisky really just makes me a bit melancholy. I’d end up greetin about the fact that Rab’s no longer with us or something similarly stupid lol.

Whiskey just gets me drunk

Vodka makes me melancholy

Tequila makes me everyone buddy and a hugger…dancer too~

Champagne makes me kinda ghey, like a Brit - pip pip, dear chap.

Beer, Tho - Beer makes me tall and good looking.

I likes me some beers~

I see some one is in the mood for a spanking.

And I’ll add:

Gin makes everything better!

So quiet here.

I don’t have any booze specific reactions other than just the smell of Southern Comfort can make me ill.

A friend told me that her mother always said that alcohol always brought out your truest self.

My truest self: I get affectionate when drunk.
