Was squatting last Tuesday night when I had a huge pain shooting down my ass. (First time I ever had to dump the weights). Turned out to be both a knot in my ass that compressed some nerves and problems with my lower back. Basically, sitting on my ass too much has created some problems with the nerves.
All I know is that I couldn’t walk last week, and today I’m much better.
And that sitting is really bad for you. I have moved my computer to the kitchen counter so I can work while standing.

Well its simply a. Bodyweight squat that’s held at the lowest position for as long as possible. Porn stars are wide stance and 3rd worlds are shoulder or narrow width
